Help and support

Get help or report a problem

Use Send feedback from Home, Settings or the post-run screen, or email hello@lluisgasso.com. Include the app version, what you tried, what happened and what you expected. The form previews your text and app version; it does not attach history, scores, analytics credentials or recordings. You choose whether to send it from your email app. Please review any screenshots or exported reports before sharing them.

How to play

Tap inside each allowed circle before its ring closes. Tapping empty space does not cost a life. You start with two lives and an early shield; 30 successful taps in a row recover a life. Balanced combines speed and precision, Speed emphasizes quick decisions, and Precision emphasizes placement. Add Colour introduces ONLY/AVOID rules: read the current rule before tapping.

Endless, Sprint and Daily

Endless continues until lives run out or you end the run. Sprint lasts up to 60 active seconds and can end earlier if you run out of lives. Daily uses a setup based on your local date, allows repeated attempts and compares only with your own results. Pausing does not consume active run time.

No music or delayed sound?

Check the game’s music/effects/mute/volume controls and Android media volume. Audio begins after a Start/Resume action; pause and resume if another app interrupted it. Bluetooth adds device-dependent latency, so compare with the phone speaker. You can play with sound off without a scoring penalty. Send your version and output type if sound cuts out.

Progress and privacy

Progress stays on this device. Uninstalling or clearing storage can remove it; there is no cloud recovery. Usage sharing is separate, optional and off by default. In Settings → Usage sharing choose Keep private or Stop sharing & delete shared usage. Offline deletion waits until the app is open and connected. Request deletion before uninstalling, because uninstalling removes its credential.

Access to the closed test

Use the Google account approved for the test and join the Google Play closed test. If Play says the app is unavailable, check the account and country, leave any conflicting internal test and contact the organizer. This link does not grant access to an unapproved account.

Accessibility and limits

Settings includes High contrast, reduced motion and audio controls. Scores depend on your device and setup; Pulse is a game, not a medical assessment or treatment. Tell us about unreadable labels, difficult targets or assistive-technology problems. A human accessibility review and Bluetooth listening checks remain part of production preparation.
