Provider and scope

Free use and licence
You may install and play Pulse for its intended use. There are no purchases, subscriptions or paid upgrades in this release. The game and its original assets remain the provider’s or respective licensors’ intellectual property; applicable open-source licences and mandatory rights remain unaffected. Rewards are local cosmetic/game progress, have no monetary value and cannot be cashed out or transferred.
Local progress and device differences
Settings, scores, records, XP, badges and daily progress are stored on your device. No account or cloud sync exists and Android backup is disabled. Clearing app storage, uninstalling or losing the device can remove progress; exported playtest reports are not restore files. Screen size, touch, audio output and device latency affect play; results are personal game scores, not comparable medical or laboratory measurements. Pause or stop whenever you wish.
Closed testing and updates
Installation during the closed test requires an approved tester account and opting in through Google Play. Updates may fix faults or change gameplay; older records may be kept separately when scoring rules change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a fixed release date or eligibility for future tests. These statements do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
Privacy and voluntary feedback
Gameplay works offline. Usage sharing is optional and off by default; declining does not limit play. See the privacy policy. The feedback form previews a message and opens your email app; sending is your choice. Do not include private information you do not wish to share. Feedback is welcome regardless of whether it is positive or negative. No public rating is required to play or test.
Support and consumer rights
Use the support page or email hello@lluisgasso.com for problems or complaints. Spanish and EU law apply where relevant, without removing mandatory protections or access to competent courts and authorities in your jurisdiction. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
