Who is responsible

Your work stays on your device
Worksheets, expressions, shift times, dates, notes, settings and drafts are stored locally. The free Android release does not send these records or other user data to us or to a server. It has no Internet permission, billing library, registration, cloud synchronization, location tracking, advertising, analytics or third-party crash-reporting SDK. Local usage counters are not uploaded.
Backups and restored records
Android may back up app data according to your device and Google account settings. Local diagnostic counters and any historical subscription lease are excluded from Android backup. Manual backups contain your records and are saved only where you choose using the Android file picker. Restoring a backup preserves existing records; imported projects, worksheets and presets remain stored even where this free release does not offer creation or premium tools. Storage destinations such as a cloud drive have their own privacy practices.
Support and these information pages
Opening a support link uses your email application. We receive the information you choose to include in a support message and use it to answer your request. Opening privacy or terms links uses your external browser. These static pages use Cloudflare hosting, without scripts, cookies, advertisements, analytics or third-party fonts. The hosting provider processes connection metadata such as IP address, request time and status to deliver and protect its service. Its processing and international transfers are governed by the applicable provider agreements and safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you delete them in Pendulum, clear Android app storage or uninstall the app. We cannot remotely access or recover them. Exported backup files and Android backups must be managed separately with the storage provider. We retain support correspondence only as needed to resolve your request and meet applicable obligations. Keep a backup before deleting important work.
Your choices and rights
No Pendulum account exists to delete, and no purchase is needed. You can delete local records, save a manual backup and manage Android backups. Contact hello@lluisgasso.com about information we actually receive, such as support correspondence, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable. We may need to verify a request. You may complain to the Spanish data protection authority, AEPD, or your competent authority.
Changes
This policy describes the free 1.0 release. If a future release introduces purchases or off-device processing, we will update the app disclosures and this policy before activating it. Updated 3 November 2026.
