Get help or send feedback
Email hello@lluisgasso.com, or choose Send feedback in the app. Tell us the app version, what you tried, what happened and what you expected. Use fictional times and names. Do not send payroll records, personal notes, passwords or an entire backup unless you have reviewed it and specifically want to share it. The in-app form previews your message and opens your email app; it never sends automatically.
An overnight shift
In Shift, enter 22:00 and 06:00, explicitly choose Next day and add a 0:45 unpaid break. The result is 7:15 (7.25 decimal hours). Times are nominal clock times; daylight-saving and time-zone changes are not applied.
Hours or decimal hours?
7:30 means seven hours and thirty minutes; 7.5h means the same duration. A bare number needs a unit such as h or m. Convert switches between decimal hours, hours:minutes and whole minutes.
Why did the total change?
Use result links a row to an earlier result. Editing the earlier row recalculates its dependents. A referenced row stops contributing separately to avoid counting it twice. Number results and excluded or invalid rows do not contribute. If you delete a referenced row and keep its value, the dependent calculation keeps a readable fixed value.
Back up and restore
Open Settings → Back up now and choose a location. Restore previews and validates the selected file, preserves existing records and adds changed worksheets as restored copies. Restoring the same content again adds nothing. We cannot recover device-only work remotely. Clearing Android storage or uninstalling can remove it; manage Android backups and saved files separately.
What this version includes
The free release includes calculations, shifts, conversions, an editable current worksheet, settings and manual backup/restore. There are no purchases or subscriptions. Multiple-sheet creation, presets, summaries and CSV/PDF reports are not offered in this release. English and Spanish are supported; other device languages use the available fallback.
Known limits and accessibility
This is a duration calculator, not an attendance tracker or payroll service. Verify important results. Settings supports light/dark themes and 12/24-hour clocks. Short windows and large text can require scrolling the form. Tell us about inaccessible controls; manual TalkBack and unfamiliar-user studies remain part of release testing.
